Not exactly a restaurant: this is a small health food shop, with a small buffet of soups, breads, fruit and salad bar, sweets, drinks, and a few cooked dishes. While the selection was not large at dinnertime (no more than 3 varieties of food type), the meal was satisfying because the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Staff's English was limited, but they were quick to help, and were able to point out foods containing milk or egg.
Health-wise, however, it was below my expectation. The website states that dishes are prepared as low-warming, low-salt, low-oil, and low-sugar. But it turned out that the only aspect that was low was the health value. The greens were so overcooked that they curbed any desire to sample them. And both rice and noodle dishes were tasty, but swimming in oil. The day before, at two local traditional vege buffets, I'd eaten fried dishes that were much less oily, so I expected that a place that markets its dishes as low-oil to do better. I was disappointed.
So, in summary, satisfying dining awaits those who come here with appropriate expectations.
