Not bad considering limited options on the island 🌿 - Edit
The food was not bad, especially given how few vegan options there are in the area. It’s nice to have a spot that offers some plant-based choices on Zakynthos. The dishes were decent, and it’s a convenient stop if you’re looking for something vegan-friendly on the island.

If you only visit one restaurant for a special meal whilst visiting Zakynthos town, then make it this one 😍 it’s owned by the chef, who takes special pride in the menu, and creates each dish with such love and care, and it’s a fabulous foodie experience for both non vegans and vegans alike. They have a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans. Honestly, the best vegan meal I’ve had in a restaurant in the past eight years 😍❤️ I had the signature vegan pasta dish for my main meal - beautiful pasta with mushrooms, vegan chicken and black truffle which was divine, followed by a dark chocolate and pistachio mousse with sesame crackle and citrus coulis (had to share it because it was too much). My non-vegan partner also had one of the best meals he had eaten in a restaurant in many years too. The lady owner and chef came out to talk to us and it’s clear that she is passionate about the food she creates for her guests. If we were staying longer we would be back again for sure! HC wouldn’t let me give this five stars because it’s not fully vegan but it deserves 5*****!

The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The staff is very friendly. We met the owner and chef, who was very heart-warming, and it's clear that she puts a lot of thought, skill, and heart into the vegan dishes. I have experienced a taste and flavour combination like never before. This is a must-visit when you are on Zakynthos. It is unforgettable.

My fiancé and I had the best time here for dinner. Amazing selection of vegan foods. Best salads and best mains we had in Greece, no exaggeration (one month vacation). Her dishes truly are a love letter to food.

This was one of our best (and more creative) meals last week in Zakyntos. (They have a vegan/vegetarian menu). The baked tofu was delicious and exquisite if not a bit on the expensive side.

Read morehad dinner here and was pleasantly suprised when the waiter gave a fully vegan menu along with the standard menu! the food was very nice and there are quite a few options to pick from:) the food was delicious, however the gnocchi in the vegan moussaka was not up to temperature which was a bummer. when we signaled to a waiter, they said they would come by, but never did. but still, very nice staff! i think it was just very busy ... the rest of the moussaka was very nice though ;)) overall, very nice, would recommend!

We had lunch here. The owner was very nice, and knowledgeable about what dishes are and aren't vegan. They have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu that we didn't even have to ask for.

This was the best decision we could make - they have a separate vegan selection (if you don't get it right away you have to ask). Everyone there including the amazingly friendly owner is very friendly and takes care of everything for a top visit. This separate vegan meal is not only a kind of "we have to offer a vegan meal because nowadays everyone does" - this is really well thought out and fine tuned!! The olive preparation and herbs oil was a taste explosion I never had before and the main meal was so fine tuned in taste and mouth feel. Here is a team that worked out a very well thought out vegan selection. Thanks for this experience

On the vegetarian/vegan menu, they had about 15 plates across starter, main and dessert. The food was lovely which I had. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable about the menu, letting me know what I could and couldn’t have because of my allergy. They catered very well to my peanut allergy generally, changing the milks from almond to soy/oat instead in dishes. The desserts I got from the normal main menu they tweaked to make them vegan.

“Vegetarian or vegan menu?” was the first question we got when we came in — we were so happy as we’ve only found 1 other restaurant on Zakynthos that had a separate vegan menu. We ordered mojitos, the Greek salad, the pasta and the moussaka. Everything was delicious. Wish we had more time or place in our stomachs to try more… Very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend this place.

Visited Yard of Taste with 2 other vegans, a vegetarian and a meat-eater. There is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu and the staff were careful to make note of dietary requirements for each person. Service was fast, friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic! The moussaka was especially huge - we should have shared! Everyone was very happy with their food. Definitely worth a visit! The restaurant itself is very pretty with a lovely atmosphere.

Plenty of options we ended up going for the moussaka and the Greek pasta dish with vegan chicken and bacon. Had cougette fritters for starters and a lovely chocolate mousse dessert.

Went there because of all the good and many reviews, the location is really beautiful and the chef came to us when she saw me holding the vegan menu and said she was here for me.
Read moreIn the end I ordered the vegan gyros, which sadly was a disappointment for me. It was way too sweet, made with chi‘kn and there was only pita, no chips and the vegan tzatziki was just a mayo of some kind. It just didn’t meet my expectations and was in no way a ‚traditional‘ gyros but was still good. Would go there again to try something else.

Read moreWe had the courgette starter. It was incredible sweet, fresh, savoury and creamy. Full of flavour a real treat. I had the Vegan gyros and my mum had the Vegan moussaka- it was great for us both to have a greek classic adjusted for us. Both had a modern twist! The gyros I loved, the seitan was cooked in such a way it had flavour and a crisp bite (as would be expected for the traditional pork).
The staff were all lovely. They were knowledgeable about the vegan options. The girl enthusiastically recommended her favourites (which I'm glad I followed). We were introduced to the executive chef who was friendly and keen to talk about the menu to us and others. All staff seemed happy and spoke well of the wider team.
The venue was great, trendy, stylish! Loved it all.

Wonderful restaurant in a quiet street just off the main square in Zakinthos. Beautiful interior and exterior setting. Separate vegan menu with at least 3-4 options for each course. There is a dedicated veggie/vegan chef. Everyone who works here seems to love their job and they always took their time to make us feel welcomed. 5 stars, we will be back.
