Great selection when on the road - Edit
I discovered this place when visiting Las Vegas. It's right by the ferris wheel. We loved the orange "chicken" so much we actually stopped on the way back back to have it again. One serving is enough for two people to share. When I returned to Seattle I was happily surprised to learn these places are all over the country. Check out their website for a location near you.

Pros: great tasting food, Lots of vegan options to choose from., large servings
Cons: noisy sports bar, meat is predominant on menu, spendy
