Visiting from SD where there are lots of Mexican vegan options, and this was SO good. Got the taco sampler with all 5 proteins, and the birria tacos. Birria tacos were so so good. Lovely people as well. Very happy to stumble upon it.

Ordered the quesa (birria) tacos no cilantro at the Lulu’s pop up. Came with 3 tacos and a side of consume and 2 other small sauces on the side. Wasn’t bad but could use more flavor in my opinion.

While at first Friday we tried the California burrito and it was so delicious we can’t wait till the next festival to try more items on the menu!

Vegan Mexican street food and fusion - Edit
So far, I've enjoyed the Cali Burrito and Ramen Birria. Menu has plenty to choose from, so I look forward to trying more. The two places I've seen this vendor, so far, are the Wednesday farmers market at Bruce Trent Park, and at the monthly Vegan Wonderland festival. Their product is compelling enough for a brick-and-mortar location if they ever desired.
