Great vegan Indian options

When I went vegan I lamented the loss of my favorite place in Golden that doesn't veganize anything. My partner found this place for me and they have specific messaging about vegan options on their menu. They'll veganize all of the vegetarian meals (except for things like paneer of course) by swapping in plant milks. They even have a vegan chai on the menu!
