solid middle eastern customize it bowls with vegan options

Yafa Hummus bills itself as aka simply mediterranean. They do bowls and wraps. Bowls are DIY ala chipotle style so you can customize it. Heaps of vegan options. I did the bowl for $15 and $16.24 after tax.

I had my bowl made with brown rice, falafel, classic hummus, and kale-slaw topped with vegan tahini. It was solid. I love Middle Eastern cuisine. I spent six weeks backpacking in the Middle East in Jordan, Egypt, Israel, and Turkey.

The cuisine here and folks are from Palestine. They are very friendly. Recommended solid vegan option in the area.
