Ein nettes kleines Restaurant am Meer. Die Menükarte enthält viele Speisen, die mit „vegan Option“ gekennzeichnet sind. Als wir diese bestellten, erklärte man uns, dass die vegane Option darin besteht, dass zB das Pitabrot (enthält Ei) einfach weggelassen wird. Dieses ist jedoch bei vielen Gerichten Hauptbestandteil. Wir bestellten dennoch vegane Optionen - und erhielten trotzdem das Pitabrot. Die veganen Speisen wie Falafel und Hummus waren aber geschmacklich sehr gut! Die Burger hingegen waren zwar gut gemacht, dennoch etwas trocken. Hier hätten wir uns das Hummus mit drauf gewünscht.

Went with friends and we had a great time. The portions were HUGE so we all got a doggy bag to take some of the lovely food home. I enjoyed my cauliflower pita a lot!

Good veggie place with vegan options. The food was good, prices are okay! The location is really really great, you have nice views on the river/beach/ocean and it’s a great place to go after exhausting surfing or swimming in the ocean!

I thought with all the hype from the locals it would be better but overall I was quite disappointed in the lack of flavor. I’m giving three stars because the service was good and the ingredients were all clearly fresh and presentation was beautiful. I had the patanisca sandwich and tasted my boyfriend’s falafel burger. The sweet potato chips and the salad greens were good. Maybe I’ll try it one more time before going home?

Read moreKleine Karte aber für jeden was dabei. Viele vegane Optionen. Bedienung ist super freundlich und hat tolle Empfehlungen. Tolle Lacation, coole Musik und die Aussicht ist sowieso der Hammer.
Ist auf alle Fälle ein Besuch wert.

Had a delicious baba ganoush after my hike from Almograve to Vila Nova and a fresh juice, perfect spot to relax a bit right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Waiter really kind as well

After a long hike through the dunes and over dusty dirt tracks this restaurant was like a true mirage. Original dishes with inspiring taste combinations. After traveling through Portugal for over a month now I can honestly say that this was the best place for high quality vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Great vegetarian homemade dishes with a lot of vegan options, drinks are also great. Staff is super nice and attentive - highly recommend! P.s. They even have a smoker/ non smoker area, which is really thoughtful.

Now a vegetarian restaurant with vegan options - Edit
I vist Milfontes a lot so I was delighted to see that this cute beach restaurant no longer serves meat. The food is Middle Eastern and very plentiful and tasty and the many vegan options are clearly marked. To start your meal there is complementary foccacia. The locally made brioche was particuarly delicious (I was didnt' expect it to be vegan, but it is!) Friendly and helpful staff and a great location. We will definitely visit again.
