Very descent food and vegan options!

I went to Y’Not with my non vegan boyfriend. It was not very easy to find such a place with nice interior and vegan options. We were really surprised in a positive way! I ordered vegan porridge - soya milk, oats and berry compote - very nice. My boyfriend ordered Benedict eggs and he was satisfied with one little exception that eggs were not runny :-). Organic coffee with certification - very big plus 😊.

Pros: Descent number of vegan options, Organic, delicious coffee

Cons: Only soya milk

Veganes Mekka

Cons: Ein wenig pricey

Vegan Green Curry

Das Lokal ist stylish und das Essen war sehr gut. Ich bestellte ein veganes Curry, welches super war! Würde ich sofort wiederkommen.

The restaurant is stylish and the food was very good. I ordered a vegan curry which was really delicious! I would definitely go back.

Pros: Staff, Location, Vegan Curry

Good option

Their menu shows the vegan and vegetarian options. Good prices and regular food. Don't expect anything mind blowing, but they're doing a good job with the basics.

Vegan menu available

Ask for the vegan menu, it's not extensive but worth it. I went back the second night I was in Thurso as my first meal was so good (the pasta option) and the enchiladas were so delicious I was very happy. Travelling the north of Scotland I hadn't found many healthy or vegan options and this place was a delight

Pros: vegan menu (just ask at the bar)

The lesser spotted vegan options in the Highlands!

I was really excited to find somewhere in the Highlands with its own vegan menu and came here for two evening meals and coffee.

This evening I had an excellent burger (with vegan cheese!), fries and a salad. Yesterday I had a pasta dish with a rich and tasty tomato sause - confusingly named as carbonara on the vegan menu - but still really good!

No vegan desert options (that I could tell), but they also had an all day cooked vegan breakfast (with tattie scone) that I probably would have tried if I'd stayed another day.

Super friendly bar staff as well. Its open all day, including on Sundays and has free wifi.

Pros: Tasty food!, Lots of options, Separate menu

Cons: You have to ask for the menu
