desserts good, food bland - Edit
First, vegans beware -- this place has many items with eggs, milk, & honey. They are clearly labeled, however.
The food was quite bland & dry--exacerbated by being heated in a microwave. The vegan Oreo dessert was quite good.
There are many awesome vegan places in Bs As. Skip this one. Go to the Pizza Vegana 2km away. Best vegan pizza I've ever had is there!
Pros: good desserts
Cons: dry food, bland food, sells honey, vegetarian items

Good! - Edit
A cute little takeout Cafe, with some seating inside. We ordered an empanada, tortilla, and a vegan chocolate drink and all were good. I highly recommend the chocolate drink, made with sunflower milk. If you're in the San Telmo area, definitely worth a stop by.
Pros: Inexpensive, Drinks

Great snack! - Edit
Don't miss it on your way from the center to La Boca!
We had an oreo chocolate cream with fresh juice, and took some lunch with us (empanadas and a brownie) as there is nothing vegan in La Boca.
Our favorites: the brownie and the juice!
Pros: desserts, juice, nice staff
Cons: not everything is vegan

good - Edit
Beside the fact that the food is warmed in microwave and served in plastic bowls, it's very good. Cozy atmosphere.

Good picnic food, too - Edit
Stopped in during the Sunday market stroll to pick up some empanadas and other savory parcels for a picnic dinner.
All good.

Delicious and creative food - Edit
I loved this place, they have ready-made food for take away that you can also have in one of the few tables at the place. They have some very interesting dishes, inspired by both Argentinian and Italian cuisine (e.g. variants with "fainá"). The place is also pet friendly.
Pros: Delicious food, Very fast service, Pet friendly
Cons: Few tables

great find - Edit
I stumbled upon this place and was delighted that I found it.
I ate here twice on consecutive nights and also got some snacks to take away. The first dish wad a chick pea casserole. It was similar to something I'd make at home with a nicely flavoured sauce and loads of veggies! The other dish i tried was a gluten 'steak' with well seasoned veggies on the side.
For snacks i tried some decent but not amazing empanadas and a really nice brownie.
The food is solid but not amazing but i really liked the healthy mains they had on offer in a city with far too few vegetable dense dishes.
The staff there are super friendly though you really need some Spanish to talk with them.
Pros: healthy, loads of veggies , staff
Cons: not amazing

Lovely little cafe - Edit
This little place is right near the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires (Mamba) and Plaza Dorrego. They have a changing special of the day, one of which I've tried (a yummy vegan lasagna). They also have tasty savoury baked goods eg. Empanadas. Their vegan brownie was delicious! It's not all vegan anymore but is mostly. There is a very small amount of indoor seating (but I've got a table each time I've been). They do take away as well. They sometimes have vegan mylks which they sell (as expected the difficult to come by vegan mylk is expensive)
