No vegan options

When selecting a hotel in Bergen we specifically chose Opus XVI because their website advertised vegan breakfast options. What a disappointment to find out the menu on their website is outdated and they actually removed the vegan options from the menu! 👎🏻 The hotel itself is lovely but this is not the place to get a vegan meal.

No vegan when I was here

Cosy flash place linked to a posh hotel. They seem to change menu... so when I asked to see the vegan, there was nothing.

Pros: Cosy

Cons: No food!

Best meal in Bergen!

The restaurant inside the hotel Opus XVI is a great dining experience. The chef didn’t take the easy way out with a veggie burger, but instead offers wonderful and delicious options. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the recipes and their presentation. And it’s also worth visiting for the breakfast buffet. The set menu has a couple of vegan options including an English breakfast with vegan sausages while the buffet includes lots of fruits and cereals. The staff was friendly and provided great service.

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Thoughtful dishes and execution , Upscale dining experience
