I wish all Fusion was this tasty

Once we discovered this place we started eating there almost once a week and it’s just so many levels better than what else is in the area, almost a food desert. I then read an LA article times article to try different things from their unique Tabouli to their choices of vegan tacos. Solid textures, nice spices that make total sense and feel almost timeless (I’m thinking of the black bean hummus) but also I gotta say it’s some of the best rice I’ve had anywhere. Even when I’ve eaten it cold the next day it just tastes lovely. I’ve even once been short by 2 bucks to pay a whole bill (it was all the cash I had and didn’t realize I had forgotten my wallet with credit cards) and the guy just said don’t worry about it.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options, The sauces have just as much attention as food, Very friendly staff, actual plates

Cons: Closes earlier than I wish it did., Only outdoor seating in a parking a lot, No trash cans nearby
