Menu read great, however, each item was worse than expected. Would like to try newer menu items in hopes it was an off night.

Handmade noodles in the noodle bowl were tasty! The BBQ bowl was also good and had a bigger portion size than the noodles. Brussels were fried, so not super healthy but a yummy appetizer😄

XO Bar is a stylish spot with great food and drinks. The staff is also very friendly and attentive when arriving and being served.
Read moreThe food menu is a bit of an Asian-fusion variety--with things like won tons, a poke bowl, and noodles dish. However, they have other crowd pleasers like brussels sprouts, caulifower wings, and a chicken sandwich. My partner and I got a soy curl bowl that was super fresh and delicious, along with some tasty tempura cauliflower.

Fun, spicy, inventive, delectable 100% vegan menu. We enjoyed the hand made noodles, jalapeño and cream cheese wontons, cauliflower wings, Brussels sprouts.

We had the poke, rainbow salad, cauliflower wings, and salt and pepper tofu and it was all incredible. The coconut fatted whiskey old fashioned and the passion fruit Negroni were also smashing!

Overall, very good. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced some of these flavors. Perhaps a bit heavy handed on the salad dressing and the salt. I’d like to return in the months ahead.

We tried 4 appetizers-fries, jackfruit rolls, soy curls and cauliflower. They were okay but I wouldn't eat them again. The fries, curls and cauliflower all had the same sauce so there wasn't much difference in taste. The sauce was really sweet. The cauliflower wasn't breaded, I didn't even seem to get tempura on it and the pieces were super small. The mixed drink we got was something with fig, it was $20, which was the fancier of their mixed drinks. They light it on fire and then smoke salt into it, that was really cool. I could see going for drinks again but I would eat elsewhere.

Overall, XO was good. The drinks we got were really craft. We both got different bowls and a share plate. The tofu and beyond meatballs were excellent. I felt like the bowl was not enough food, everything was tasty but I left still kinda hungry. It's a minor quibble because everything was very tasty, but it's enough for me to lower it a star.

Unique and Amazing - Edit
I was so excited to try XO and they did not disappoint. Both bartenders who served us gave great recommendations and even made me a custom cocktail that wasn't on the menu. I got the tofu bowl and my partner got the crispy chicken sandwich. We also got the wonton appetizer and all the food was delicious. The bar had a tropical feel and overall was just so great.

I ordered the Sesame Ginger Soy Curls, which was a big bowl of jasmine rice, pickled cucumbers, shredded carrots, fried Thai coconut chickpeas, and baby spinach tossed in miso curry dressing. It was tasty and filling.
