The Mushroom & Chive Bao (three steamed buns filled with king oyster mushrooms and garlic chives) were bland. The Shanghai Noodles (with tofu and no oyster sauce) were also bland and oily.
Everything was a bit bland. Bao was tasty and the sautéed greens seemed like one of the more boring options on the menu ended up being probably the best, but long beans, noodles, eggplant tofu were all fine but nothing special
Nice restaurant with friendly waitstaff. I had the Mushroom & chive baozi, which were so perfectly delicious that I immediately knew I'd be back for more.
There is a self-service station for water, vinegar, and hot sauce, with soy sauce at the table.
It seems to be a popular destination, it was quite busy when I went. The prices are reasonable for what you get: I was completely stuffed on $11 of baozi.
The menu clearly marks which items are vegan and also indicates which items can be made vegan upon request (which is often just as simple as leaving out oyster sauce).
Other vegan options:
Sichuan stir-fried long beans
Sauteed Chinese greens
Soy pickled cucumbers
Bok choy (request no oyster sauce)
Shanghai noodles or almost any of the noodle dishes: just request vegan (sub tofu and no oyster sauce)
It's going to be very difficult for me the next time I go back: do I satisfy my bao cravings again or do I try something else on the menu?

Pretty good! - Edit
I ordered Mushroom & Chive Bao, it was amazing! Wish they had more vegan options.
