Unusual find in Maryland - Edit
Food truck almost hidden behind a laundry. Very creative and authentic vegan Mexican options. I was completely unfamiliar with some of the menu items. Great vegetable combinations. Helpful staff. Really worth a visit.

I love how many vegan options this place had! On top of that, I’d been dying to try huitlacoche , a corn mushroom and it was delicious. Everything tastes like it’s made from scratch and I’m pretty sure it is so this is definitely the most authentic Mexican spot I’ve had in my time at Maryland. When I went there were 5 vegan tacos on the menu. I tried the mushroom pastor, lentil with pineapple, and chickpea tacos and loved all of them - especially with the addition of their spicy salsa!
