Bao and salad rolls were great. Spicy pho was better than I remember their regular Pho being. One critique is their noodles weren't my favorite, otherwise great food.

Vegan Options! - Edit
XinhXinh Bistro offers a decent variety of vegan-friendly Vietnamese options on their menu & I appreciate that they're consistently available for delivery & offer what I consider to be some of the best Vietnamese food I've found in Portland. I've only tried their Vegan Pho, but it was abundantly-flavored & well-portioned given the price.

Delicious Vietnamese food with so many options! - Edit
I have now been here twice and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Even though it is not an all vegan establishment, I feel respected and catered to by their transparency and creativity in making and serving vegan food and beverages. I’m shocked to not have seen this listed yet! Go check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

This little gem has several vegan options listed on the menu. I had the vegan vermicelli bowl with “BBQ Tork” and it was a quite tasty…loaded with noodles and veggies.

Good vegan banh mi - Edit
I liked my banh mi here. Def one of better vegan ones I've had in Portland. They originally advertised as vegan, so a bit disappointed they serve meat. It's a bit confusing.
