One of the best I've had

One of the waiters in the restaurant spoke English. He was so helpful.
We had 3 dishes and all of them were so delicious!
The place looked busy but they provides meal very quick.

Delicious Taiwanese Food in Nice Restaurant

Lovely restaurant, English Menu available and a complementary pot of oolong tea is served upon being seating.

We had No. 7, 9 and 18 (Fried Veg Truffle, Fried Veg Paprika Tofu and Basil Veg beef & Eggplant) from the menu (image added to listing) all of which were delicious!

So good !

We wanted to order everything. What we did order was the beans, mapo tofu and eggplant beef with rice. All three were very yummy and plenty of food for two people.

Pros: Staff were lovely , Food was delish , Lots of options

Basil eggplant beef is great!

Lovely service and fairly inexpensive, 2 people can share one dish with some rice if you aren’t too hungry.

Amazing

We had the curry noodles, the basil eggplant beef dish and the mapo tofu. The food came out super fast and it was all really delicious. Will definitely go back to try more dishes ☺️

Some of the best food I've ever eaten

A good amount of choice, really great service (the guy spoke really good English). Free tea as well. I had the vegan beef with fried rice and it really was some of the best food I have ever eaten

Pros: Lots of options, Easy to find, Speaks English + English menu

Cons: Little more pricey (340 - for rice + "beef" dish)

Friendly, generous, delcious

This was a godsend after a long day/night travelling. Friendly service, a range of dishes (veg, tofu and vegan meats), good flavours, generous portions and good value. Free tea too!

Pros: All vegan, English menu for best selling dishes , Good value

Cons: Not all dishes included in English menu

Delicious!

We found this place right by our hostel. The service was lovey, free table tea by the pot instead of table water, all plates were delicious. If youre not into fake meats that taste and look like the real thing then avoid the beef!

Pros: All vegan, Great service, Price

Cons: If you dont like fake meat, lots of fake meats

Love it!

Absolute recommendation, food tastes great, portions are big and the location is great. There are pictures on the menu, but one person (the owner maybe?!) spoke English. Note that google maps does not show the correct location, it’s on the main Boai Road. Many thanks to the person who posted a picture of the entrance; wouldn’t have found it otherwise!

Pros: great food, location

Cons: none

Vegan chinese restaurant

We shared a vegan sichuan soup with fake shrimp, mushrooms & lotus root | vegan sesame spring rolls | vegan four seasons beans.
The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and the staff attentive, a few of the waiters spoke English and helped us with translating parts of the menu (pictures inside, all dishes vegan).

Great Chinese cuisine

I'm usually not a big fan of Chinese cuisine, but since Xin Hong is one of the few all-vegan restaurants that offer Chinese cuisine exclusively, I thought I'd give it a try.

I ordered the fried turnip cakes, fried noodles, and black sesame buns that were shaped like mushrooms (adorable!). The food was very nice, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary hot tea was provided, which was very nice.

This place is perfect for family gatherings. I would visit again for sure!

Pros: nice food, friendly staff, 5-min walk from MRT Ximen Station Exit 5
