All vegan rice noodles made topped with fresh flowers, including the local specialty “crossing bridge” noodles. Confusingly has two names: bucolic flower rice noodles (布馋鲜花米线 bù chán xiān huā mǐ xiàn) and ciel yard (夏尔小院 xià ěr xiɑ̌o yuàn). Run by the same family as the Bu Chan hotpot place a few minutes’ walk away. Rice noodles (either the local specialty “crossing bridge,” or various flavors of “small pot”, or stir-fried), or fried rice. Wild mushrooms and fresh flowers. “Pure vegetarian” (no milk, eggs, garlic, or onion). Some organic ingredients. NOTE: Maybe closed March 2024 - please send updates to HappyCow.

Chance to try crossing bridge noodles - Edit
The crossing bridge rice noodles were only OK, mostly flavorless until you add dipping sauce, but I get the impression that maybe that’s what (non-vegan) crossing bridge rice noodles are supposed to be like. Still, I think some of their other flavored pots would have been better. That said, as an opportunity to try the famous crossing bridge rice noodles in their vegan incarnation (is that an oxymoron?), it was worth it. Plus, the wild mushrooms and fresh flowers were nice.
