Não sendo a maior fã de hambúrgueres decidi arriscar no Sloppy Xéxas pela curiosidade do conceito sloppy burger. Estava simplesmente divinal! A opção de poder ter acompanhamento metade de cada opção também me agradou bastante.
Já não fui a tempo de tirar foto à sobremesa porque mergulhei logo num bolo do copo que mesmo já estando cheia do prato principal, foi até à última migalha de tão bom que estava!
Definitivamente é um espaço para voltar a visitar 💚

We then decided to have a dessert. We were shown three different dessets, a pisachio cheesecake, a snickers dessert and I think the third iption was a chocolate cake with pineapple. Both desserts were incredible, particularly the cheesecake.
Really loved the whole meal. Would definitely recommend. As with many smaller establishments in Portugal, this place is cash only.

I’ve eaten here at least 3 times now, the food is great and the ingredients used are always fresh. The staff is lovely, and the only reason I won’t give it 5 ⭐️ is because of the quantity/price relation.

The food was amazing! They veganized a Portuguese dish that originally has white fish and eggs - their version was mouthwateringly good. Also shared the yakisoba which was less sweet than normal, but it was intentional and also delicious. Would return in a second! CASH ONLY

we were very pleased with the starters (we asked for the pita bread with mushroom and smoked eggplant pâtés) and the main dishes (their seitan burger and and mushrooms à bulhão pato), they were very savoury but, for what we paid, we think they could serve them better!! for dessert, we were so so excited to have the chocolate and pistachio buttercream cake but were kind of disappointed: not only we thought 5€ for each slice was a bit of an exaggeration, the cake was way too sweet, overpowering any flavour that could be left😒but overall, the food is super tasty and the spot is super nice, we sat in the outside area and it was very chill. the staff is also super super friendly and the service is very quick😄

Read moreI spent 2 days in Caparica and managed to go to all three vegan restaurants. I think they all deserve a visit. Xexexe is closest to „fine dining“, bone free is best if you want to sit outside as they have the nicest terrasse (especially for a larger group, they all have at least two tables outside). And Mr. Vegan has the most reasonable prices and seems to be a family run restaurant.

The quality of the food is not bad at all and the staff is super nice! The space itself is cosy and because it’s 100% vegan you have loads of options! In our particular experience, from the starters to the desert we’ve felt some adjustments could be made. We asked for the olive and mushroom dip with bread first. It didn’t taste bad but it was a bit bland, the mushroom dip had an overpowering flavour of garlic. Then we asked for burgers: the patty itself, bread coated mushroom was quite good but the mayo…had a lot of mustard in it and you feel that kick like when you eat wasabi, it climbs up your nose and you can’t distinguish any more flavours. It brought some side crisps, in my opinion it would work better with some potato wedges. For desert we asked for the caramel tart and the pistachio and chocolate cake. They were both overly sweet, we even felt a bit sick on our way home. All in all, it was just a matter of adjusting spices because other than that the food was good. I don’t know if we chose the wrong dishes on the wrong but we’re open to go back one day to give it another chance.

Infelizmente, todas as opções que pedimos não estavam ao nosso agrado, o feijão parecia diretamente da lata, sem tempero algum, o tofu tinha um sabor estranho, a lasanha tinha camadas enormes de massas e não estava no ponto.
