Great place - Edit
We had "make your own" salad and sandwich, and had some juice. Everything came fast and was very tasty. Staff was super friendly.

Health food restaurant with a good selection of vegan food, such as salads, wraps, and cakes. We tried their couscous and hummus, both pretty good.

Kleines Lokal mit drei Außentischen. Sandwiches, Quiches und ein paar abgepackte herzhafte Gerichte wie Linsensalat, gefüllte Weinblätter usw. Je nach Tageszeit sind viele davon bereits ausverkauft. Frische Säfte und Smoothies.

Another patch of green in the big city - Edit
A few years ago, this place was part of the first wave of salad bars / lunchrooms. They have a very nice offer and I like that they cater for all: in Madrid it is not usual to have items specifically labelled as vegan (try the banana cake!) in a place that is not even strictly vegetarian. It is this kind of open-mindedness that gets people used to seeing other options and allows me to grab a meal with anyone, regardless their choice of food.
