What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) may be your best option in Mankato, for healthy, straight-forward food, made with love. We had the Thai Quinoa Salad and the Charge Juice for our dinner, and we grabbed the Alert Juice (red apple, cranberry, ginger, lemon, orange) and Chia Peanut Butter Power Poppers for our breakfast, in the morning. Everything was delicious, and left us feeling so good. It looks like most everything is gluten-free and organic, even these yummy little Power Poppers (rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, maple syrup, cinnamon, peanut butter, chia)
Pros: Organic, Gluten-Free, Made with Love
Cons: Not a ton of options
