Great views and food that is just as good. - Edit
As others have mentioned below, this is definitely one of the more up-market vegan spots in China, with dishes ranging between 40-130元. That being said, the quality is excellent, the portions are reasonable, and the food is worth splashing out on if you can justify it. I was only in Fuzhou for one night, and went here as it was close to some of the major tourist spots in the central area. I had three dishes and a drink for 217元 total, and was very satisfied. Monday night, very peaceful and calm atmosphere, with very helpful staff who asked about flavour preferences for each dish. Overall, no complaints.

Pricey but worth it - Edit
Really cool atmosphere, amazing food, nice and patient waiters. They do have an English menu. To order vegan it helps to speak a little Mandarin. The okra was my favorite dish!

Expensive restaurant, expect to pay between 150 to 200+ rmb if you eat here. It's tailored for the wealthier class. The portions are fairly small but the taste is exquistl. That said it's a really beautiful looking, zen buddist style restaurant with ambience. I can't see myself going here often unless for the unique taste.
