Amazing Vegan Ramen - Edit
Probably my favorite ramen in north county!
Read moreThe ramen weather you choose creamy or miso, has a lot of flavor. My favorite is the creamy broth because if you’ve ever had authentic ramen, it resembles the creaminess. I usually have my ramen with steamed tofu but you are welcome to have fried tofu or tofu edamame nuggets that I pair with veggie gyoza as a starter for the table.
If you like spicy you can ask for a spicy level but I recommend having a side of chili oil.😄
Other entries like the curry and teriyaki bowl/ plate can be easily veganized by subbing the meat with tofu edamame nuggets or fried tofu.
They have Sapporo and Orion on tap, from what I remember it’s the only place that serves orion on tap, a must have!
If you’ve been to Okinawa you will love this place.
Michisan will usually greet you at the counter with a big smile on her face, tell her Nancy sent you💜
