Very limited vegan options but nice vibe and great location. - Edit
Stayed at the lodge and had breakfast there. Had a slimed down version of their breakfast buffet that included a bagel, fruit, and coffee that you would grab from the full buffet. So nice we weren’t paying for the whole buffet (because it’s not vegan). Bagel was eh, but again nice to have something to eat. Views from the window side of the restaurant were great. And self serve coffee brew from the buffet was I believe Starbucks. So at least nice to sit and enjoy the vibe drinking coffee. We asked for to go cups and drank the rest in front of the fire. Nice staff. Nice to have something to eat so far from the world. Staying at the lodge here is worth it since you are minutes from the park.

Good wrap - Edit
The wrap was good but it only contained hummus and veggies, I wish they would add falafel or something to make it more filling. Staff was really nice!
