Across the street from a mall, next to the Apple store.
This place is super fantastic. Expensive, and so worth it. Beautiful presentation, efficient staff, nice environment. And the food is incredible. (Can you tell I love this place?) if you're in Hangzhou and are into a splurge, this is the place.
(And their branch in Shanghai on the Bund is also just as good.)
