Flavourful Hakka tang yuan - Edit
I got the Hakka tang yuan (mochi) and was really impressed with the deep flavour of the soup (layers of herbs and umami), abundant fresh greens and soft yet super chewy rice balls. The vegan protein was really well seasoned and the portion size was generous. Note that the restaurant is only open on weekends and closes earlier than listed (I was her last customer at 4 p.m. even though the hours listed are until 6 p.m.). She turned away customers after 4 p.m.

Fantastic Hakka food! - Edit
I loved this shabby Hakka restaurant in central Nanzhuang. Your dish is prepared for you out the front of the restaurant and will be delivered promptly. I loved the flat noodles (bantiao) and tofu (doufu gan). It was tasty and good value for money.
