Wow I could say I got a bit overwhelmed with all the wonderful options available here!!! Everything a vegan could want and need and more! Loving hut restaurant is straight upstairs and a vegan juice/ice cream sorbet/ raw cakes store is right out front. Amazing area for vegans!

a little gem in Prague - Edit

I needed to get some vegan food on the go as I was catching a 5-hour bus to Slovakia. Got two slices of vegan pizza for only a couple of euros, and it was absolutely amazing! Next time I go to Prague I will make sure to stop by World Vegan again to try their baked products.

Pros:

wow - Edit

Nice little grocery store. Focused more on health food than junk food/snacks. We got a fresh bun with cheeze and tomato on it, delicious!

My favourite health food store in Prague - Edit

When I get in this shop I feel like a "kid in a candy store,"so to speak. They have such a good and interesting range of everything, compared to other health food stores in Prague (which are still pretty good anyway), and I know I will not need to check the labels to see the items are vegan. There are fresh bakery breads and treats, as well as chilled and frozen cabinets, health and beauty items, cleaning products, seed sprouting kits, and vegan pet foods along with the large range of dry grocery items. My favourites are the large range of Rawito ice creams (so good...), the fresh, additive free plant milks by NeMleko, and the huge range of energy bars and posh chocolate bars.
Bring a big rucksack as you'll come out with more than you intended...

Pros: All vegan so no label checking, Varied, exciting range of products, Rawito ice cream...

Cons: Parking 5 minutes away , so a large shop is difficult

Make sure to check this place out! - Edit

If you're in Prague as a vegan - don't miss this place!! I come from Germany and usually when I go to other countries I will find a lot of German stuff in vegan supermarkets and not much stuff I don't know. Not here though! Loads of chocolate / raw fruit bars, candy, faux meat, plant milk, ice cream and also normal stuff like pasta, rice, tea, sauces etc. The girl who worked there was very nice and we started talking about vegan festivals in Europe before she wished me a good time in Prague and a nice life! ✌🏻

Good shop - Edit

Great shop selling loads of vegan stuff including plenty of things we can't get in the UK. An essential place if you're vegan and living in Prague I would guess. Plus it's downstairs from Loving Hut as an added bonus.

Pros: All the things

Great shop near Main train station - Edit

The shop is right below Loving Hut restaurant. What is special about this shop is that they sell frozen goods too - plantbased meat, sausages etc. and Coconut Bliss icecream!!! You can pay by card, it's a great store, really.

Pros: vegan icecream, large selection, location

Cons: some items are more pricey

Great selection - Edit

A well-stocked mini-supermarket at the back of the building named Černá Labuť, right in the city centre. Items range from snacks and vegan staples to ready meals and mock meats and cheeses. There are refrigerated and freezer sections, plus non-food items including Ecover cleaning products, Ami Cat vegan cat food, and cruelty-free soaps and moisturisers. The owner is very friendly, the layout is spacious, and credit cards are accepted, so all in all its very convenient. You can also find petitions from local animal rights groups at the till, if you want a quick glimpse at the local activism scene.

Pros: good selection, long opening hours, all vegan

Cons: a little expensive
