Read moreI wish I were allowed to rate it 5 stars. There are 2-3 solid vegan options on the taco menu. These tacos are well-portioned with balanced flavors and textures. I find two of them to be a hearty meal. The Brussel Sprouts are also amazing. Organic coconut oil is used for frying. Everything is prepared with the utmost passion and culinary artistry.
Be prepared to wait a little while. It's worth it. Duck into the bicycle shop and order a beverage. Indoor/outdoor seating options.

I had the mushroom tempeh tacos & they were sooo delicious! I can’t wait to go back. The guy was super kind & gave me some recommendations for what sauces to use that he made himself homemade! If you love spicy, flavorful food go get some yumminess from him!

Best taco I've ever eaten & best vegan meal I've had in Medford - Edit
I've been missing good tacos since I went vegan and was hoping this food truck would hit the spot, and it really did. Their mushroom and tempeh taco blew my mind! The fried plantain and tempeh "jungle love" taco was also phenomenal. I will be going back often; I think I've found my favorite food in Medford.
