Wooleys - Edit
Not a huge range of vegan options—when I visited, it was down to either a cauliflower pasty or a sausage roll. Unfortunately, no croissants available, so I went with the sausage roll for breakfast. It was okay—slightly overbaked and a bit dry for my taste—but I do appreciate that they had at least a couple of vegan choices.

A few tasty vegan options - Edit
Visited a few times in the last year or so, they always have at least one hot vegan option as well as cold takeaway. Also have vegan oatcakes which are amazing, and I'm sure they had a vegan cake option last time although we didn't try any.

Good options considering its Aran - Edit
There really isn't many vegan options on Aran so I was delighted to find Wooleys. It's located close to the ferry so you can pick up a few bits before boarding. Opens very early.

A few vegan bits back end of day - Edit
Bean roll, sausage roll, brownies. That was all that was left at the back end of the day.. I got a box of oat cakes from the shop instead.
