Woodstock's Pizza - Pacific Beach

I wouldn't go so far as to say this was the "best vegan pizza" I've ever had. But it was decent. The soft, doughy crust was the best part. Staff was helpful with telling us vegan options. They even let us swap artichoke hearts for the olives on the Grateful Veg pizza! Usually places don't do swaps without a charge, so that was awesome. Their menu is clearly labeled with vegan options, and they have Daiya. They do load up the veggies, but I thought it was strange how they put the veggies on TOP of the cheese. It makes the whole pizza feel kind of dry, plus the veggies fall off all over the place. It's a bar, so if you feel like vegan pizza and a beer, this place is a good pick.

We were a little disappointed that they did not have any vegan meat choices, but we were very satisfied with our Grateful Veg. The crust was light and amazing. The vegan cheese was melted perfectly.

I got a pizza with a whole wheat crust, tomato sauce, and a lot of veggies. And it was the best vegan pizza I have ever had! The crust is a little fluffy but not too much, the sauce is flavorful and zesty, and they actually put enough vegetables on. I will be coming back here again. :)

although not entirely Vegan, menu had a lot of completely vegan options. staff was very helpful also. really delicious pizza and salad. one of the best pizzas ive had. the whole wheat crust was so good. also they have gluten free options! highly recommended. service was excellent.

Great pizza options for everyone! I had the vegetarian option with daiya cheese option. It was delicious! A personal size pizza is perfect for one person. Prices are a little high, but it was worth it.
