Serves meat, vegan options available. Modern decor Chinese eatery. Menu has a dedicated vegetarian section with dishes. The veg fried rice & Singapore noodles contain egg but could ask to omit it. Between cooking each dish, chefs wash and scrub the wok and utensils with boiling water over high heat to remove traces of the previous dish. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-9:00pm.

A quick meal in the suburbs - Edit
If you need a quick and simple Vegan meal, this is a viable option. Relatively healthy and fresh stir fries are on offer via the vegetarian menu. Be sure to mention you are Vegan so that egg can be omitted from the fried rice and Singapore noodles.

Small range, fairly bland compared to most chinese restaurants, but still worth trying. Decent sized serves and very cheap (approx $10 per meal). Carrum Downs is a small restaurant, so I would suggest take-away for Vegans as most other patrons will probably be omni's.
