You can build your own wok, and they have for example tofu available. Ask for no egg. The prices are very cheap, less than 10e per person and it only took a couple of minutes! Taste was good for the cost.

Vegan chicken and tofu as vegan proteins - Edit
You can build your own bowl. They have gluten-free options such as rice or rice noodles. I took the vegan chicken as protein which tasted good, had a nice texture, and is not gluten-based.

Decent veggie options at a fair price - Edit
Wok to Walk is a very convenient place to eat quickly. It is very central and open at very wide hours. You can compose your wok with vegetables, tofu and sauces, some of which are vegan. You just have to specify that you don't want the egg so they don't add it to the preparation. The wok is good, as are the sauces. The portions are not huge but it's ok for a small hunger. The staff is generally nice but the place can get crowded quickly.

My omnivore husband and I both like this place. We always get their brown rice. So many vegetables and sauces and toppings to choose from. Serving size is big so we would share a bowl.

This is a solid option with quick service. I opted to get mixed veggies instead of noodles, then the sprouts in the mix sort of acted like the noodles, which felt really healthy! All sauces labeled as vegetarian are in fact vegan, and an English menu is available at the register. Check it out!
