Got a noodle based dish with tofu and a donburi. They have paper based lists of ingredients for allergies/ check which sauces are vegan etc. Despite being very clear about being vegan, checking lists etc they still went to serve us the donburi with fried egg on top and had to alert them not to at the last second. Food is quite pricey but the portions are big & the food is tasty but keep your eyes on them when making your food

I love Wok To Walk - Edit
I love Wok to Walk as a fast substitute to traditional Thai food. I usually order their Veggie option and add Mango with Tokyo sauce which makes the dish vegan. It is a large portion + a drink for about 10 euros, you get what you pay for here but it is a bit pricey for Mall food.

For an restaurant inside of shopping center it was good. We tried the Veggie menu with tofu brocoli and rice noodles without eggs. The prices for that type of restaurant I think is high food with drink (limonade) 9.90€ but is difficult to find vegan option inside at this shopping center.

This place is in a food court, so the atmosphere is food court style. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can choose between different kind of noodles, rice, quinoa and veggies. Just make sure to double check they do not use egg (but they'll cook it right in front of you).

good alternative in Ponta Delgada - Edit
If the vegetarian restaurant in Ponta Delgada is closed, then you have an option in Parco Atlantico... We were there twice and the staff was friendly. Its a fastfood chain... so don't expect too much. But is always good to have a second option in this city. They serve several vegan options which you can combine yourself and will be fried in the wok.
