OK noodles - Edit
Double check the sauces if vegan. Staff said only a couple contain no fish or oyster sauce.
Read moreRamen noodles contain eggs the rest and rice must be vegan.
Other non-wok vegan items include chuka salad, miso soup, and tyakhan - another fried ice with veggies(see pics)

A good place when in a hurry - Edit
I had a veggie rice option with tofu and stir-fried vegetables. You can curate your own mix but I would be careful because items are not labelled vegan, and you can't just assume. It was delicious and the right amount.

Make your own customized noodle and vegetable stir fry. They also have “soya voya” which are basically soy curls that soak up the sauce that you choose.
