Vegan Alterations Available, friendly owner

This restaurant has been a gem for our family living in small town, ranch country. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We usually order veggie chow mein, veggie spring rolls, general tsos tofu (we ask him to cut the pieces small so they are crispy and he gladly does so!), and Szechuan vegetables with eggless fried rice. So good! The kids love the tofu!
