I love that this restaurant has a list of items that can be made Vegan or Vegetarian. The food is freshly made on order, and tastes delicious.

Actual Understanding of Vegan Food - Edit
I ate there with my husband and kids. The chef's daughter is Vegan, so he understood the difference, and pointed out the truly Vegan options on the menu. He even recommended different noodle options to work best with the sauces. (They have several varieties). It's basic stir fry, never enough veggies to suit me, but good enough. The tofu was not marinated, so it was a bit bland.
The restaurant was very clean, and the staff very friendly.
Pros: A good variety for every one., Clean, and quick.
Cons: Not cheap.
