Salad bar

Serves meat, vegan options available. A Mongolian grill offers veg choices but are not clearly labeled, so ask. Ask if there is a separate grill; if not, ask to clean before cooking the food. Pure veg food is limited in this area. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Make your own choices

This is the best place I’ve found in Leavenworth/Bavarian Village. It’s a long line of ingredients to have cooked on a grill. Only one sauce is not vegan according to cooks. I ate here twice this week. The second book used too much oil so be aware.

Pros: Choices, Quick, Cooked to your specifications

Cons: Too muchToo much Oil the second visit

Lots of veggies!

Build your own. They know what’s vegan and what’s not, which is nice. All sauces but one are vegan.

Satisfied and Full

When you go in they direct you to what looks like a salad bar, you take a large white bowl and get as much of each ingredient as you want in your personalized stir fry. They do the cost by weight so if you don’t eat a lot make a small portion in your white bowl. Lots of great veggies and tofu, they will also ask at the end if you want to add cashews. Both types of noodles are vegan, the owner is allergic to egg and therefore they made sure to get egg free noodle. Sauce is KEY. You will put it in a red bowl at the end and they add it to the veggies when they cook it, MAKE SURE to ask the cooks to clean the fry top for you and mention you’re vegan. I was AMAZED at how hard they went at cleaning it for us, 10/10 experience.

Spring rolls with tofu or just veggies is also vegan! Love this place 😍

Server provides white or brown rice upon request to go along with your personalized stir fry. They also are pretty knowledgeable about what is vegan on the appetizer menu.

Pros: Build your own , Chefs clean cooking area for you, Server was able to help with vegan appetizer

BYO bowl - lots of veggies - pay by the pound

The Mongolian grill is a giant rounded grill where the staff will throw everything you picked-up on the buffet, including the sauce, and stir fry it for about 2 minutes before give it back to you, ready to eat.
The buffet has dozens of options, and only few items are not vegan, so watch out to not get excited, as I did, and be charged for almost 2 ponds.
On the buffet: several diced raw vegetables, tofu, noodles (flat/rice is vegan), beans, green leaves, diced tropical fruits.
If you tell the staff you're vegan, they will clean the grill before to grill yours.
Free side of your choice: small bowl of rice (white or brown) or 3 flour tortillas.

PS: the sauce is free, so use the small red bowl for it. Your buffet big bowl will be weighted on the grill.

Pros: Lots of veggies on the buffet, Lots of vegan sauces (except "Sacha"), If asked, the staff will clean the grill

Cons: Expensive, since it's easy to pass 1lb, Not an all-you-can-eat buffet

Vegan friendly if you ask!

They will clean the grill and cook separately if you ask them to. All sauces are vegan except “Sacha”, and I recommend you LOAD UP on the sauces for more flavor, as ours was just a little bland but much better when we doused it in soy sauce and sriracha. The flat rice noodles are vegan, but the other noodles have egg. They have tofu!

Cons: Expensive

They really understood vegan here

Build your own stir fry bar. Great selection of veggies! Everything you could want. Cooks told us all the sauces except "sacha" are vegan. Tell the cooks you're vegan and they will clean the grill and cook yours separate. Our cook even told another cook he couldn't cook with him because he was cooking vegan. Food was so good! Everyone here was helpful and nice. Pay by the pound.
