Lovely café with a great concept

So first off: i love the concept of inclusion in „Wo ist Tom?“, all the people that work here are super friendly and the vegan food options are good and affordable!
My favourite café in Köln Sülz.

Man kommt sehr gerne immer wieder hier hin.

Wonderful concept

The concept of the café of inclusion is perfectly implemented. Orders are made by filling out a little menu sheet, so that there is no confusion of what it is you want to order exactly. There is a small selection of vegan cakes and cookies, as well as a vegan breakfast spread which looked tempting and different plant milk options. I tried a pumpkin peanut butter cake which tasted amazing.

Nice seating options

The have a nice gallery upstairs which is nice
Service a bit slow and expensive
Coffee is good but nothing special and there are definitely way better coffee spots!

Pros: Seating

Cons: Slow, Expensive, Not the best coffee

Tolle vegane Auswahl!

Pros: Lecker, Viel Auswahl, Mittelpreisig (gerechtfertigt)

Cons: Karg eingerichtet

Great concept and good food!

We went there for brunch and really liked the big breakfast plate and that plant mylk doesn't cost extra. Unfortunately there is only one vegan option for breakfast apart from the porridges. I love the social concept behind the restaurant and the staff is really friendly and attentive. However, I don't find it really cozy (maybe because we had a table in the middle) and on the weekends one can feel rushed, because of people standing in line and waiting to be seated. I would definitely come back though, as it is one of the best finds in the near vicinity.

Pros: Great concept, Many vegan options for lunch, Plant mylk without extra cost

Cons: Not many vegan options for breakfast

Best vegan cherry streuselkuchen

I can't seem to be able to give 5 stars, but I would. Very friendly staff, perfect cake and vegan foccacia, yummy coffee. We were very happy and the prices are reasonable as well.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Several vegan cakes
