A Plant‑Based Plot Twist in a Meat‑Lover’s Tale - Edit
If you ever find yourself craving a Bolognese that could convince a carnivore to convert, look no further than the soy‑infused masterpiece at Wirsthaus. It’s seasoned so impeccably that even the meat‑loving locals pause mid‑schnitzel to wonder whether they’ve been duped by a plant‑based illusion. In short: the best non‑vegan‑restaurant Bolognese I’ve ever tasted.

Pros: Bolognese, Card payment, Draft beer was great

Great restaurant with few vegetarian/ vegan options - Edit
Gemüsepfanne Wimbachklamm was delicious. It would be nice if there are more vegan options. Also having plant based milk as alternative and vegan cakes would be great.
