I asked what dishes were vegan (no eggs) and she said I can order what I want and she will make it vegan. She said the Pad thai is most popular so I ordered it. The dish was 7€ spring roll 1€. The dish was ok, but not super tasty, for my taste it was a bit plain. But there were many options, so maybe this just wasn't right for me.

This small van at the Salo market square is probably one of the best hidden gems around. Super friendly service; if you’re in doubt whether there is anything animal-based, just ask her. Made fresh on the spot, as you would expect from a street-kitchen.

Easy parking, all vegetarian, some food has eggs, and soy meat. Spring rolls were fantastic. The woman is very funny and friendly, speaks English and Finnish. Very easy to take home or eat there.
