We had the vegan Caesar salad and vegan sausage in red beans and rice. They made the pesto flatbread with vegan cheese.

Wow! The food here is outstanding. Everything was spot on, from the walnut meat in the stuffed pepper to the caramalised onions on top of the warm and gooey, melt in your mouthy baked brie. Literally every dish exceeded my expectations. The chef here has recently taken a vegan cheese making class and she is a master who would readily fit into the fine dining scene of any major city. Do not pass this up if you're in Chico.
