Leckere vegane Auswahl - Edit
Das Café bietet mehrere vegane Frühstücksoptionen an. Das Brot und Gemüse war sehr lecker. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, obwohl das Café komplett voll war. Kwin Aufschlag für pflanzliche Milch.

Popular place - Edit
Went there on a Sunday at brunch time. Got the last table at the bar desc. So reservation might be good. Clearly marked vegan options but got accidentalle non-vegan breads. Luckily they had allergy warnings printed on the breads' paperbag so I noticed it on time and got the breads changed.

Lovely cafe with a young vibe and good range of food options, 3 vegan. Plates come with a selection of items and a small bag of fresh bread. Oat milk, nice coffee.

There are 3 vegan brunch options and a vegan dessert, however, no sweet breakfast options, all of the vegan brunch options are with hummus.

I ordered the vegan cooked breakfast, which was clearly labelled as vegan. But was given a dip with cream cheese. And the bread is not vegan either. Unfortunately I can’t read German so wasn’t 100% sure what each thing was supposed to be otherwise I might have noticed it was wrong before eating.

Delicious Breakfast on a Monday - Edit
Many places for breakfast are closed on Monday, so we were happy to find Wilten, which is placed at the main street a few minutes (by foot) away from the Triumphpforte and the Annasäule - a great start for a day in Innsbruck!
Read moreThere are plenty of choices, also quite some for vegans (clearly labeled). There is no additional fee if you choose soy or oat milk for your drink.
Food and coffee was tasty, prices are fair. There is also a small area outside.

Das Café bzw. Bar Wilten ist sehr beliebt und kann vor allem am Wochenende zum Brunch sehr voll
Read moreund laut werden. Man kann aus vielen Varianten auswählen, zwei Frühstücksoptionen sind vegan. Die gegrillten Pilze bei meinem Frühstück waren allerdings kalt und zäh und auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Croissant, das bei jedem Frühstücksgedeck - auch bei den nichtveganen, deshalb kam ich auf die Idee nachzufragen - dazukommt, NICHT vegan ist. An sich ist das Essen aber gut und das Café gemütlich zum Sitzen.

Schöne Auswahl - Edit
Es gibt ein paar vegane Frühstücke zur Auswahl. Wir haben zwei pikante gewählt - Salurner und Sonnenburg. Am Anfang waren wir beide skeptisch ob wir davon satt werden, aber es ist deutlich mehr als es am Beginn wirkt. Zusätzlich dazu bekam jeder von uns noch ein Brotsackerl mit Croissant, Laugenstangerl, Vollkornbrötchen und Semmel, alles in Miniatur aber absolut ausreichend.
