Too Few Truly Vegan Options - Edit
Only the “Cauliflower Power” taco is vegan. Per their staff, the “Crispy Avocado” taco batter isn’t vegan, and its dragon sauce may or may not be.
Read more(They could easily veganize it and add more vegan taco options, like a fried nopales—nopal cactus/prickly pear cactus pads—taco.)
Pay close attention when customizing their menu items, as I’ve been accidentally served meat 2 or 3 times at their Spartanburg location.

Yummy tacos - Edit
The 2 vegan tacos are amazing. There are a couple of vegetarian appetizers, and the margaritas are great.

Nice Variety of Ingredients - Edit
There are some great vegan options here. I had the Cauliflower Power taco and the Crispy Advocado taco. I asked for no crema on them, but they included it anyway. It wasn't my server's fault, and she quickly offered to have it re-made. They also put cheese on the beans and rice by default, so make sure to emphasize that you don't want that either. The flavors were really good overall.

Lots of delicious options in an area with a dearth of vegan/vegetarian - Edit
Unless you go to Asheville or Greenville, there really aren't many options in the Spartanburg area. Especially with the addition of the Beyond Meat on the menu, Willy Taco has jumped to the top of the list for the county. The cauliflower and avocado tacos are delicious (remove the crema), the brussels are great (again, no crema), and the patagonia with Beyond is terrific!
