Love it! - Edit
Both Times I have visited here, I’ve been extremely impressed. Not only do they offer tons of vegan + vegetarian options, but they have a little market selection to buy food and different goods. Friendly staff, and they even gave us samples of their vegan beer cheese soup! Very tasty.

This place is 97% vegan. The only non vegan items are not on the menu, and some local eggs and milk. Great grocery items! There is a LARGE variety of things on the menu. The food didn't blow my mind or anything but it was tasty. I think for the prices of sandwiches it should come with a side. I think it will get better as it gets more successful.

It makes me sad that I can’t give this place a full 5 stars :( they are great! Tons of vegan options, but they offer some meat for others. They have a little store onsite too with great items. We love their Patty Melt and fries.

This place is awesome. I was starving so I ordered two separate entrées for myself and both were excellent. The Patty Melt was my favorite of the 2 that I ordered. Staff was super friendly, food was done quickly and the overall experience was positive. I will definitely be back next time I am in Colorado Springs, and I suggest that you check this place out also.

Great food, lots of options. 99% of the menu is vegan! Perfect BLTs in local sourdough. Great soups. Amazing breakfast burrito. Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere and you can get organic vegan groceries while you’re there. They deserve FIVE stars but I’m not allowed to give that since they have a few animal products.

Ordered one of the vegan frankfurters which if I had to guess was a fieldroast frankfurter! Looked like they also had some vegan cookies that I didn’t try as well as ways to make most options on the menu vegan. Cool atmosphere as well!

Great, filling food and nice market! - Edit
This unassuming little market has some amazing vegan hot dogs (the Fat and Happy is my favorite!) and the fries are delicious. They also have rotating daily specials, which are routinely scrumptious. They also have a nice selection of vegan options in their market, including hard-to-find Herbivorous Butcher products. One of my go-tos for lunch when I'm downtown!

Don’t let this small, humble market fool you. Their counter style food rocked my world, so much so that it beat out my Pre-v Days.

The Mac n Cheese was by far the very best I’ve ever had! It was so rich and creamy and cheesy, it even beat out my own! I don’t mean to sound humble-bragging, but as a recipe developer this was HUGE. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how good it was- order it. I insist.
Now they are known for their “hot dogs”. Mostly that makes me think of over sized and sloppy situations where the redeeming quality is the quantity of mediocre toppings. Their Dirty Dog was the one and only hot dog that blew my mind. It was phenomenal! Spicy and cheese and the bite of pickles- they have earned the right to be known by them!
And let’s talk about the genius of Nori Fries. First off- Sriracha mayo is practically a food group to me. With the sprinkle of toasted nori on top and savory sesame, they were unbelievable.
I cannot overstate how incredible this place is. Go. Thank me later.

I’ve been vegan for a year and have been searching for good vegans places all over the country. I was in Colorado Springs on vacation and this spot is definitely a perfect place for vegans to find a variety of options. They have amazing vegan hot dogs and sandwiches and a couple vegan soups that I absolutely loved. 10/10

NY style hot dog bar with a twist - Edit
There are several things I love about this place. First, it is a small market less than two miles from where I live that is easy to ride my bike to and grab last minute things if I need them. I love that there is a place that does vegan comfort food, but the specials they regularly have are rarely ever gluten free, if at all, which limits my options.

The best veg restaurant in the Springs - Edit
I tried a number of places during my visit, but came here again and again. They have great hotdogs and home made meats. Their market has a wonderful variety of veg options. I would give this place as many stars as allowed. Delicious. (I loved the alt-B)
