Their grocery store has so many vegan options and the restaurant menu is just as impressive even though they also serve meat. The food we ordered was clean and tasty. A great spot for people looking for healthy, satisfying meals in Cape Town!

Honestly very lovely place! Staff is very friendly and kind and they have an enormous range of vegan / gf / organic products. Some things can be pricey tho and can be purchased elsewhere but here you’ll find everything in one place. I forget to take pictures in the store but it’s always very clean. I’m attaching pics of what I got from there

Our fav place in Capetown - Edit
Everything we got was yummy, rich and flavorful – but not junk foodie. Nice coffee, smoothies, great breakfast croissant w tofu scram and mushrooms, super nice staff. The Shop also has the best variety of specialty products like ice cream, cheeses, spreads, and terrific sourdough, plus some nice organic produce. The fudge brownie was maybe a bit rich for our palate, but with so many v sweets to choose from there should b something for everyone.

Everything we had here was super tasty, they do amazing vegan croissants and have a good selection of sweet treats too. The attached store has a huge selection of health foods and vegan items, and super yummy sourdough bread! The food was fresh and not too heavy - definitely one of the best options in Cape Town.

Great coffee and breakfast - Edit
We went to Wildsprout for breakfast and it was very delicious! We had the vegan BLT and a Cacao Power Bowl. Fresh and healthy. The shop next to the cafe offers a wide selection of vegan stuff. Second branch in Constancia!

Amazingly Unique - Edit
What an incredible space. Came in for a quick bite and a coffee not knowing that there was a grocery store attached to the cafe. My food and coffee were both delicious. I 'built my own' breakfast having some beautifully scrambled eggs on the most amazing vegan croissant. I couldn't not have a walk through the grocery store and it did not disappoint. A little bit of everything for everyone. A wide variety of vegan, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free products to enjoy. I would recommend taking a good look through the treats fridge!
