My coffee spot in Coburg - Edit
I generally come here just for coffee if I'm in the neighbourhood, because they have direct-trade coffee and I like to support the social enterprise. I stuck around for lunch on one occasion and tried the vegan version of their haloumi burger (a portobello mushroom instead of haloumi) and it was pretty good and substantial. It was around $13, which is fairly standard cafe pricing. The coffee is good and I actually drink their brand at my local too.
Pros: Direct-trade coffee, Social enterprise, Decent coffee
