Absolutely lovely little restaurant, super accomodating to pup owners - which we love!! They have vegan options listed on their main menu, however there are additional vegan menus upon request. Food was just divine! For entree I would recommend the tempura veg, it was not what we expected (in the best possible way), super fresh and original flavours. For dinner I would recommend the koftas, absolutely delicious. For dessert there are 2 vegan options: warm berry crumble with mulberry sorbet (so good!!) or rice pudding (didn’t try this one though). Highly recommend if you’re in the area! The cocktails with frangelico were also rather yummy, very unique flavours!

Read moreI had the tofu and cauliflower with rice and side salad. The cauliflower and tofu were perfectly crispy and smothered in a surprisingly spicy 🥵 Korean sauce, but balanced out nicely with a pickled ginger and peanut salad.
My partner had the “chef’s selection”, a surprise dish that turned out to be a huge, delicious mix of flavours and textures - crispy chickpeas, baby carrots, grilled asparagus, croquette, greens, corn, coleslaw, crispy cauliflower, with various purées and dressings... He normally has pretty basic tastes and froths over a simple vegan burger and chips haha, so I was shocked when he said this was his favourite meal he’d had in ages.
My initial thought was that it seemed pretty expensive (mains $28-$32), which seemed a pretty steep hike from earlier reviews. But the portions were generous and it was all super tasty, so worthwhile.

Absolutely love this restaurant! The staff are amazing- friendly efficient and always remember us! Atmospheric. Cool. Funky. AND the vegan food is truly amazing. They obviously love what they do and it shows.

We enjoyed dinner here after a long day hiking. Pleased to see a vegan menu on request. Heirloom tomatoes for starter and very tasty vegan cottage pie with sweet potato. Good flavours and nicely presented. Portions a little small though so if you’re hungry, order a side or two! Would come here again. Nice beers brewed on site too.

Wild Rocket has a separate vegan menu. Food was original and very tasty. We really enjoyed 4 out of the 5 dishes we had (the 5th was a dessert that was not on the menu) Apart from that: a nice ambiance and friendly staff. Would happily revisit.
