Great vegan wrap - Edit
The deli had a great vegan wrap and the option for build you own with tofu options. Grocery store with vegan options of snacks and desserts.

Vegan deli sandwiches - Edit
There were two vegan sandwich options on the menu – I had the tempeh and hummus sandwich. If you’re not gluten sensitive you might want to switch out the gluten-free bread, which was dry and fell apart (in part because the sandwich is so packed with the tempeh and other good ingredients).

This spot has got all the natural food store provisions you would expect: organic produce, kombucha, all manner of “natural” chips & treats, and vegan meats & cheeses. A great place to stock up on your travels

Tasty sandwiches! - Edit
This health food grocery has a fantastic deli with very customizable sandwiches. We came back 2 days in a row to try different options. Perfect for vegan picnickers checking out the Redwoods or beach. (Options include tofu tempeh veganaise vegan cheese and plenty of veggies!)

Great place for sandwiches, coffee, and more - Edit
I stopped in not realising that they had a little café and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing was labeled vegan, but a few things on the menu were vegan anyway. You can also build your own sandwich. They have tofu, tempeh, vegan cheese, and vegan mayonnaise, and my sandwich was delicious and very reasonably priced. I picked up a side of macaroni and cheese from the deli and had enough food for two people. The staff were very friendly as well. An all around good experience.

Nice Store - Edit
While visiting Crescent City, I stopped at this store and was impressed with the variety of items they carried for such a small store. I found the price of a few items to be a bit high but I live in the midwest in a larger town than this and maybe location has something to do with it. Other prices were reasonable or just slightly higher than what I am used to paying. However, I was happy to find raw carob powder here and I thought the price for it was very reasonable.
