Well seasoned and fresh. Honestly this place deserves better reviews. I enjoyed every salad. Generous portions. The pizzas are not bad at all. Thin crust and they have vegan cheese. Its a feta like sheeze that comes shredded on top. Doesnt melt though. I ordered the mushroom pizza and veganized it, and added chili flakes. Would come back for sure
According to the waiter, three dishes on the menu and a dessert are vegan: the Skinny [censored] pizza, quinoa salad, and wild mushroom truffle penne. ‘Vegan options’ and ‘tofu cheese available’ was clearly printed on the menu, which I appreciated. I decided to order the pasta. After the very helpful waiter assured me at least twice that it was indeed vegan, the dish came out with Parmesan cheese shredded on top. No idea whose mistake that was, but the pasta itself was okay. My cynical side started to question whether it was in fact vegan
A sign in front of Wild says "vegan options." In Guatemala, just recognition that vegan options exist is a plus, so we tried Wild. We asked what the vegan options are, and were pointed to the kale salad and the Skinny [censored] pizza. That was it, other than two desserts. At least the server knew what vegan means.
The flavors were good and we enjoyed our meal, but it's a bit misleading to advertise vegan options and offer only one salad and one pizza.
