Really tasty - Edit
Not a large vegan menu, but a good selection. I had the seven flavor tofu with brown rice and it was delicious.

Excellent... - Edit
Great ambiance. Delicious food, with vegan and GF compliant dishes noted plainly. And some of the best customer service I've ever had.
Pros: Ambiance, Separate vegan menu, Customer service

Delicious! - Edit
Very accommodating staff. Kind of loud, but the Asian food was very good. Ask for the vegan menu!

Great restaurant for mixed groups - Edit
We recently went to this restaurant as a group of vegans and non-vegans. We ordered 3 vegan dishes and 2 non-vegan dishes, which was served family style. The food was delicious! It was really great to be able to go to a restaurant that serves meat, yet feel respected and valued as a vegan customer with delicious and well prepared food and our own menu to choose our dishes from. (So great not to have to read through all the meat options on a regular menu only to find you have one -max two options and those are often side dishes or salad). The $10 valet parking makes it really easy to go there if you don't live downtown, as it can be tricky to find parking. The decor and ambiance is classy. Highly recommended whether you go in a vegan group or mixed group.
Pros: Excellent food, Great ambiance, Valet parking

An entire separate vegan menu! - Edit
The thing about Wild Ginger is that it is located downtown and convenient if you're shopping or staying downtown. I have been there twice in previous visits and both times the food was really good.
There is an entire separate vegan menu, with many options. The food was really tasty and fresh. I usually prefer to eat at veggie restaurants, but would still recommend this place if you are staying in downtown Seattle.
Here is the vegan menu:
