Surprisingly fresh - Edit
I had the signature Caramelized ginger with Tofu, and an avocado peanut sushi roll. Nice crisp vegetables and really nice, chewy fried tofu. Cooked perfectly. I would have preferred it to be spicier, but I really enjoyed it. Service was prompt, food came out very hot. Passing through Lancaster, OH I didn’t have high hopes I’d find something good. Pleasant surprise.

Ordered online, substituted chicken for tofu in the "special instructions". Food was great, nice crisp fried tofu. Fried sweet potato sushi was great

Brown rice option -vegan rolls - Edit
Pleased with vegan rolls. Can ask for brown vs white rice for a minimal up charge, which is a plus. Couldn’t eat other items because they couldn’t make without fish sauce. Bummer for vegans, but vegan rolls made up for it. At least not fast food. Whew!
